Using the Charms Office Assistant website, you must update your personal and contact information.
1. Go to the website: www.charmsoffice.com
2. Mouse over to the "ENTER/LOGIN" link in the top right corner and click on the "PARENTS/STUDENTS/MEMBERS" link.
3. When prompted, enter our school code: SHHSCHOIRS.
4. When prompted, enter your "Student Area Password" which is your Student ID Number (unless you changed it last year).
5. Once in the student area, click on the "Update Info" button.
6. Once in the info area, add as much information as you possibly can.
7. Save your work when you finished.

- It really helps with text messages, if you include your cell carrier.
- Please add "Adults" for your parents if they are not listed.
- Middle names are essential, please make sure to include them.
7. Save your work when you finished.
