2026 PA-TOUR: Los Angeles, CAMarch 13-17, 2026
The 2026 SHHS Performing Arts Tour to Los Angeles is scheduled Friday, March 13th-Tuesday, March 17th. Departure will be early in the morning on March 13th and we’ll return late on the evening of March 17th. We will drive in luxury motor coaches on Friday morning, and spend four amazing days and nights in Los Angeles. Our itinerary will include many exciting opportunities for performances, workshops, sightseeing, and experiencing this one-of-a-kind city. A more detailed itinerary will be available on our website, www.shhschoirs.org about a month prior to departure. Updates and changes to the itinerary may occur. HOTEL OCCUPANCY In March 2023, the Nebo School District and Board of Education passed new policy regarding Student Education Travel, specifically that all "overnight lodging must provide one bed per student" (Nebo School District 2023 IICA "Student Education Travel" 4.11.2). Hotel occupancy for students will be either 2-3 students, with each student having his or her own bed. STUDENT COST ($1500.00) The total cost of tour is $1500 for students. All transportation costs, all meals each day, and all activities will be included; however, students may wish to bring additional spending money for souvenirs and other tour keepsakes. All other tour expenses are already included in the total price. ADULT TRAVELLER COST ($1715.00) The total cost of the tour for adults is $1715. The package includes all the same features as the student tour, with double-occupancy accommodations rather than triple. All adult travelers will make their travel arrangements through our travel partners at InfinityTours and their online payment portal, WeTravel. Student/Parent Rooming Requests Students are encouraged to stay in the rooms with other students, but in the case where a student and parent would like to room together, each student need to pay the $215 Double Occupancy Hotel Upgrade Package Fee. Cancellation PolicyIf for whatever reason, your plans to participate in the 2026 tour change, below are the specific deadlines and policies regarding refunds.
Student-Initiated Cancellation In the event a student is unable to participate go on tour as planned, the following refund dates apply. -Before December 3, 2025: Full refund available upon cancellation -Before January 7, 2026: Refund all but $100 -After January 7, 2026: No refunds available Tour Cancellation When, in the sole judgment of the District administration or the Board of Education in consultation with the school and the participating students and parents/legal guardians, travel is suspended or cancelled due to safety or other consideration beyond the control of any or all involved, Nebo School District, the Board of Education, and District employees and agents shall have no obligation and shall be held harmless with respect to refund of any expenditures.
